This company is a professional services firm in the Metro Atlanta area. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We are founded on the principle that "He profits most who serves best" and to that end we provide our clients with innovative and impactful solutions. Michael Trone
Founder and Principal
Michael Trone founded the Landon Matthew Consulting firm in 2020 with the vision of being a powerful vehicle to assist local businesses create and capture funding, therefore, increasing their value. The firm also provides acquisition, contract services, and project management solutions for federal agency and government contractor clients. As a United States Navy veteran and a former IT professional he brings his knowledge, skills and abilities to advise teams on small to large-scale initiatives. Much of his work focuses on advising Mid-Level Managers to C-Suite Executives on performance improvement methodologies while simultaneously increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the teams. Michael effectively communicates technical issues and has a proven ability to analyze and address client needs.
Under his stewardship, Landon Matthew will evolve into a firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality consulting and research through a culture of individual and firm excellence. This will allow the firm to consistently be recognized for generating innovative insights and solutions that define the next generation of global services. Through practical consulting, original research, and industry resource services, Landon Matthew helps clients maximize value from delivery strategies, technologies, and management approaches.
Kristal Thompson
Project Manager
An experienced professional with expertise in grants management/administration, program/project management, project coordination, planning, compliance and monitoring, evaluation, health communications, strategic planning, performance and quality improvement, training and technical assistance, budget development, grant writing, research, and data analysis. Kristal's professional experience spans a vast spectrum and it is this attribute that will benefit any organization. Being well versed in health and human services administration, public health, evaluation, capacity building, delivery of training and technical assistance, change and process management, performance and quality improvement. Adept at delivering projects which are on time and within budget while executing the program strategically in order to achieve the best outcomes. Experienced with community organizations and coalition building as well as cultural competence. Additional skill sets include program and project management, use of evidenced based best practices, quality and performance improvement to include PDCA and Six Sigma, strategic planning, program/policy development and implementation.
